- OpenText Content Server / OpenText Archive Center platform administration (CS / AC 21.4), OpenText Content Server 21.4, OpenText Archive Center 20.2, OpenText Directory Services 21.4 (OTDS) Directory Service (OTDS) administration, SQL Queries xECM
- OpenText OpenText Archive Center platform administration (CS / AC 21.x) ,Configuration ,Upgrade, installation
- End to end installation and configuration of Archive Center with OT CS and xECM
- OpenText Enterprise Scan 16.2 . Brava 16.2 administration
- Good understanding on Linux platform
- OpenText Directory Service (OTDS) administration
- OpenText CS related modules experience, including but not limited to (Records Management, Workflow, OTDS...)
- Knowledge of Extended ECM Administration
- Deployment of any new patch / fix
- Implementation of Archive server for OpenText Extended ECM
- Strong experience in upgrading OpenText Platforms of OTCS, Archive Center to latest 20.2, 16.x
- Strong knowledge on OpenText capacity planning
- Strong knowledge on Livelink Schema
- Strong Knowledge on LAPI and web services
- Knowledge on Oracle ,SQL Database and PL / SQL.
- End to end implementation of archive server
- Archive server integration with content server
- Server administration fundamentals for Windows 2012 and later (IIS, Tomcat, LDAP) is a plus to conduct the investigation on defects
- Experience with SQL queries – Oracle
- ITIL foundation / Agile certified
- Experience in applications performance monitoring

- Document Management (taxonomy, categories, permissions, classifications)
- Records Management (retention policies) & Archiving
- Represent Technical domain expertise in “Document Management” domain related applications like Opentext, xECM, OTDS, Opentext Archiving, SAP integration, G-suite email etc. for documents management
- Ensure applications Monitoring, Incident / Release / Change / Problem / Knowledge / Configuration Management along with system refresh as per customer requirement
- Participate in new deployements, installations, upgrades, integrations and any other requirement with customer
- Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational support, shift management, lioson with customer for technical discussions, cross skilling for other technologies applications management like printing, SAP, other non-SAP applications
- Drive automation, transformations, configure monitoring with APM tool, team collaboration, risk / audit mgmt., application capacity planning, DR & cluster management related support and activities
