DevOps Engineer (Openshift & Infrastructure)

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer – OpenShift & Infrastructure to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes-based environments, along with expertise in infrastructure automation and Linux system administration. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our containerized platform and underlying infrastructure.

Requirements

• Manage and administer Red Hat OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform , Ansible , and Helm charts .
• Implement and manage GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD , FluxCD , or Tekton .
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using HELM , Operators , and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) .
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using tools like Prometheus , Grafana , and OpenShift Logging .
• Configure and manage CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices (RBAC, SCCs, PSPs).
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance across platforms.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to OpenShift and infrastructure services.
