Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming reception experience.Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments.Manage appointment scheduling and maintain a meticulous log of visitor entries and exits.Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely response and dissemination.Maintain the reception area, ensuring it's tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies.Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure smooth operational flow.Perform additional clerical duties as assigned, contributing to a well-organized office environment.
