Job Summary Job title : Client Relationship Executive Job location : On Site - Jaipur Working hours : 10 : 00am-7.00pm - Monday-Saturday (exact times can be discussed)

Roles / Responsibilities - Customer Satisfaction Respond to customer communication on the phone, whatsapp, email and social media Inform customers on the status of their orders Coordinate with product team to evaluate customer requirements Keep records of customer interactions Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

Salary Upto 3.5 LPA depending on experience
