Responsibilities :

• Lead the Technology Vision : Define and drive the long-term technology roadmap with a focus on innovation, scalability, and measurable business impact.
• Leverage AI / ML Across the Stack : Identify and implement strategic AI / ML opportunities—from automating complex workflows to enhancing content and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Build a World-Class Engineering Team : Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization, with a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Develop Future Leaders : Support the growth of engineering managers, fostering leadership skills and maintaining a strong internal talent pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Business teams to ensure aligned priorities, shared goals, and seamless execution.
• Deliver with Excellence : Oversee the timely, high-quality delivery of projects and products, ensuring strong technical standards and operational reliability.
• Optimize Technology Investments : Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and cloud infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and agility.
