The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with proven expertise in developing, deploying, and optimizing generative AI models. Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models using frameworks such as GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and preparation for training generative models.
• Research and implement novel techniques to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
• Monitor and analyze model outputs, identifying and addressing issues such as bias, hallucinations, or inconsistencies.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and generative technologies, applying relevant innovations to projects.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and research findings for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications : Technical Skills :

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
