JSA Law Associates - Designer & Digital Content Producer

Key Responsibilities :

• Independently coordinate, execute, and track the development of digital content for assigned tasks and projects from inception to completion.
• Conceptualise, produce, and refine digital content across various formats (videos, animations, infographics, social media posts, etc.).
• Develop and create visually appealing marketing collateral, including presentations, reports, flyers, newsletters, and internal / external communications, in line with the firm's brand guidelines.
• Record, and edit videos, podcasts, and produce animated thought leadership content.
• Format client presentations and other business development documents according to brand guidelines.
• Develop, coordinate internal approvals, track, and record internal communications.
• Design and create content for social media posts, and publish them when required.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the high-quality output of all printed materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and tools, and incorporate them to enhance the quality of the firm's design output.
