Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer to join our team in Noida.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPG, CL, and SQL, with additional knowledge of COBOL being a plus.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications on the IBM iSeries / AS400 platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the stability and performance of the systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain applications using RPG (RPG III / IV / ILE), CL, and SQL on the AS400 platform.
Perform system analysis, coding, testing, and debugging.
Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in RPG, CL, and SQL on AS400 / iSeries.

Experience with application development and maintenance in a mid-to-large scale environment.

Strong understanding of AS400 system architecture and operations.

Secondary Skills :

Knowledge of COBOL on AS400 is a plus.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4 - 7 years of relevant experience in AS400 development.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
