Oversee the entire lead process from identification through conversion, ensuring effective management and follow-up.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our company's capabilities and the advantages of our services.
Draft detailed proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business through regular follow-ups and updates.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
Monitor sales performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve sales effectiveness and achieve targets.
Develop and manage sales support materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize revenue from existing clients
Keep abreast of the latest software technologies and sales strategies through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
This position is available at both the Indore and Hyderabad offices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience coordinating IT or software projects.
Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies, with working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Smartsheet.
Strong sense of ownership with bias toward action—you don’t wait to be told.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in status reporting and meeting facilitation.
Ability to understand the software delivery lifecycle; prior exposure to QA / Dev / Cloud terms is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
