Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Inventory Consultant to join our Oracle Applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Inventory (INV) and a solid understanding of related Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules such as Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), BOM, and WMS / MSCA. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Oracle Inventory solutions, and supporting ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements in Oracle Inventory.
- Design and configure Oracle Inventory (INV) modules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications.
- Support full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Integrate Inventory with other modules such as Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and WMS.
- Perform testing (unit, system, integration) and assist users with UAT.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inventory-related functional problems.
- Create functional documentation, solution design documents, training materials, and user manuals.
- Support data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Inventory module (EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud).Strong knowledge of related modules : Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WMS.Experience with Oracle AIM / OUM or other implementation methodologies.Ability to write functional specifications for customizations and integrations.Experience with inventory costing, sub-inventory transfers, lot / serial control, and cycle counts.Good understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.ref : hirist.tech)
