Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a hands-on experience in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, declarative customization, and Apex programming, and will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing high-quality solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities :

Customization and Development : Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce declarative features, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, and other customization techniques as needed.

Integration : Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools to ensure seamless data flow between applications.

Data Management : Design and implement data models, objects, fields, and relationships to maintain data integrity and optimize system performance.

Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce solutions, including debugging and resolving issues as they arise.

Code Review : Perform code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and security standards are met.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and test cases.

Release Management : Assist in deploying changes across development, testing, and production environments while following proper change management procedures.

Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications and skills required :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flow, and other declarative tools.

Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

Proficiency in Apex programming and experience with triggers, batch processes, and REST / SOAP integrations.

Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components is a plus.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder are preferred.

Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
