About the Role We are embarking on an exciting journey with the launch of our Gynaecology Division, and we are looking for a visionary leader to drive this initiative as BU Head (GM / Sr.GM - Sales & Marketing). Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational build-out of the Gynaecology division across India Drive P&L ownership and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share goals Define marketing and field force strategies to establish strong product and brand positioning Engage with KOLs and key prescribers to build a trusted medical network Foster cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain Continuously monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales and marketing team
Qualifications Educational Qualification : B.Pharm / B.Sc. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred)
Required Skills Deep understanding of the Indian gynaecology market and women’s health needs Strategic thinker with execution excellence Strong business acumen, communication, and team development skills Demonstrated success in new brand launches and therapy expansion
Preferred Skills Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical sales & marketing experience At least 10 years in Gynaecology therapy area with demonstrated success in leadership roles Experience in managing large, national teams and handling full P&L responsibilities
