Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver-cum-Personal & Office Assistant to manage driving duties along with handling personal and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to multitask efficiently.Key Responsibilities : Driving Responsibilities : Safely drive the employer for work, meetings, and personal errands.Maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness.Adhere to all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record.Plan routes efficiently to save time and avoid delays.Handle minor repairs and coordinate with service centers for maintenance.Personal Assistance Responsibilities : Run errands such as grocery shopping, bill payments, and other personal tasks.Manage schedules, reminders, and appointments.Handle deliveries and pickups when required.Assist in coordinating household tasks as needed.Office Assistance Responsibilities : Support daily office operations such as documentation, filing, and courier handling.Assist in coordinating meetings and business-related travel plans.Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and email correspondence.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.Key Requirements : Valid driving license with a clean driving record.Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience (corporate / personal preferred).Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.Basic knowledge of office work, including documentation and communication.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
