Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Indirect Tax Analyst for our client at Hyderabad Location.

MBA / M.Com / LL.B / LL.M : 1 - 3 yrs)

BBA / B.com : 1.8 – 3.5 yrs)

UG + CA Inter : Article ship + 0 - 3 yrs)

Support the manager in overseeing compliance with all India statutory requirements, including GST returns, refunds, and related activities such as coordinating tax payments in connection with appeals, as well as DGFT and Customs compliance.

Liaise with auditors for Annual Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and internal audit requirements, including matters related to GST certification.

Take primary responsibility for compiling tax return filings and preparing tax accrual calculations on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis for accounting purposes.

Monitor and manage tax compliance activities, coordinate tax payments with finance team members, act as the liaison between the Finance and Tax teams, and serve as the custodian of all tax payment documentation.

Identify and recommend process enhancements and system improvements to support more efficient and effective compliance reporting.

Work collaboratively with the team to support the Manager / EM / AVP during tax audits and filings, and proactively escalate potential issues to the immediate manager or functional lead.
