Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Sabrix Support Analyst  to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting  Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Indirect Tax (Sabrix)  systems. The analyst will be responsible for handling post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and acting as a liaison between business users and IT to ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide  day-to-day support  for Sabrix post-go-live issues, including tax calculation errors, configuration issues, and integration problems.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze  system issues, working closely with business users and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and manage  support tickets  using the organization’s ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Collaborate with  cross-functional teams  including Finance, Tax, and IT to gather requirements, clarify issues, and communicate resolutions.
  • Assist in  testing and validation  of fixes, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Document issue resolutions, FAQs, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Support  minor enhancements  and configuration updates under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to tax systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting  Sabrix / ONESOURCE Indirect Tax  or similar tax automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of  indirect tax processes  (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST, PST).
  • Familiarity with  ERP integrations  (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and how they interact with Sabrix.
  • Strong  analytical and problem-solving skills .
  • Excellent  communication skills  to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with  ticketing systems  (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Exposure to  post-implementation support  in a tax technology environment.
  • Experience working in  Agile or ITIL-based support environments
  • Educational Qualifications :

  • Business degree (B. Com, M. Com, CA, CS, ICWA, others similar degrees.)
