Specifically, you will monitor the MSME Loans portfolio, create a user valuation model, and propose new product and pricing strategies.  Responsibilities Own the Credit policy for MSME Loans in India - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement credit policies and underwriting guidelines tailored to the needs of MSME borrowers.

Monitor the performance of the MSME loans portfolio and identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks Ensure compliance with KYC norms, regulatory requirements, and internal risk management standards Monitor and update credit policy to optimize for company risk, profitability, and growth targets Propose data-driven product changes to improve customer experience and company profitability.
