Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our overall marketing efforts and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and market share.
Lead and manage the marketing team, including digital marketing, branding, content, PR, and communications.
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, events, etc.).
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Set and manage the marketing budget; measure ROI and KPIs for all marketing activities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Build and maintain strong brand positioning across all touchpoints.
Manage external agencies and vendor relationships as needed.
Lead performance marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media).
Prepare monthly / quarterly marketing reports for executive leadership.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content, and analytics.
Proven track record of successful marketing strategy and campaign execution.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
Preferred Skills :
Industry-specific experience (e.g., B2B SaaS, FMCG, retail, healthcare, real estate).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on marketing analytics.
Creative thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
