Role overview :

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI agents and elevate our SaaS product offerings to new heights.

The Engineering Manager will lead the design and development of SaaS products, focusing on AI-driven solutions. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our strategic goals.

As a key leader, you will enhance our vision of delivering specialized AI agents that provide actionable recommendations, driving tangible results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Collaboration :

Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team to foster growth and Development :
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of SaaS products, from ideation to deployment.
Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered recommendation systems and agents.

Ensure high-quality deliverables, leveraging best practices in software engineering and AI integration.

Technical Strategy :

Develop and execute engineering strategies to enhance product scalability, security, and performance.

Stay up to date with emerging AI and SaaS technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Ensure Spendkey's SaaS products meet enterprise-grade standards and & Stakeholder Management :

Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Represent the engineering team in discussions with leadership and external & Qualifications :

Proven experience in leading product design and development for enterprise SaaS companies.

Strong background in developing AI-powered solutions, with a focus on recommendation systems.

Expertise in procurement technology SaaS products is a significant advantage.

Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-based architectures.

Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage and scale engineering teams Awesome At :
