Job description

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Recommend improvements to procedures and services based on customer feedback.
  • Meet customer service targets and call handling quotas.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Profile :

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in multiple languages
