Role Summary

Yulu is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic People Team for a 3-month internship. The intern will support core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and exit formalities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA / HR graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills to gain hands-on experience in HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system setup
• Support in managing exit formalities, including clearance tracking and feedback collection
• Help maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare and update reports in Excel using VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic data validation techniques
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support internal HR communications
• Assist the People Team with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
• Support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks and process improvements as needed
