Role Overview

As a ZenXFit Coach, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through high-performance strength training, functional workouts, and recovery routines — all backed by top-tier education and an elite fitness environment.

Location : ZenXFit – Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Base Salary + Commission (details below)

Experience : 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead personalized training programs (1-on-1 and small group).
• Coach members across strength, mobility, HIIT, and recovery principles.
• Monitor progress, adapt plans based on assessments and client feedback.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, and movement quality.
• Collaborate with our in-house physio and wellness team on rehab clients.
• Contribute to content creation (short tips, videos, or transformation reels).
• Represent the ZenXFit brand with professionalism and passion.
