At Cogoport, the Sales Trainer is the engine behind building high-performing freight sales teams. You will be responsible for enabling our Customer Success Executives (CSEs) and SDRs to win through world-class training, practical roleplay, freight product education, and consultative selling skill-building.
Youll blend logistics domain knowledge with modern sales techniques to make sure every sales representative is confident, customer-obsessed, and target-smashing. If youre passionate about teaching, love building playbooks, and get energized seeing a team crush quotas because of your programs this is your role.
What You Will Do
- Design, launch, and run structured onboarding programs for new CSEs and SDRs (30-60-90-day success plans).
- Conduct monthly sales training sessions across cities on negotiation, pricing objections, value selling, and consultative discovery.
- Create and maintain training material playbooks, rebuttal sheets, live call scripts, objection handling decks.
- Shadow sales calls, demo recordings, and provide personalized feedback to enhance pitch quality.
- Work closely with Growth Leadership and Ops to continuously update training modules based on customer and market feedback.
- Develop competency certification assessments to measure ramp-up effectiveness.
- Enable continuous learning through micro-trainings, skill workshops, and competitive battlecards.

Who You Are
58 years of experience in B2B sales enablement, inside sales coaching, or learning & development.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, consultative selling, and objection handling.Prior exposure to logistics, SaaS, insurance, financial services, or complex sales environments preferred.Highly organized, excellent communicator, comfortable leading workshops.Bachelor's degree required; certifications in sales enablement or training delivery are a plus.Bonus : Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot) and call coaching tools.The role will require you to frequently travel to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad office location.What We Offer
