We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy across all digital platforms.
As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving website rankings, and optimizing the customer journey to maximize visibility and performance.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all web properties.
Key Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, traffic, rankings, and conversion.
- Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to uncover new opportunities.
- Create and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies including content optimization, internal linking, and backlink acquisition.
Technical SEO :
Audit websites to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, duplicate content, XML sitemaps, robots txt, canonical tags, etc.Work with web developers to implement SEO-friendly structures, schemas, and architecture.Ensure all website content is optimized for mobile-first indexing and Core Web Vitals.Content Optimization & Collaboration :
Partner with content and editorial teams to guide SEO-focused content strategy, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages.Provide SEO guidelines and optimize metadata, headers, alt tags, and content structure.Monitor and improve click-through rates (CTR) and engagement metrics for organic content.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.Track KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, domain authority, and conversions.Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Link Building & Outreach :
Lead ethical and effective link-building campaigns to grow domain authority and traffic.Establish relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry publishers for guest posting and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and Google's quality guidelines.Proven track record of improving website traffic, SERP positions, and ROI from organic search.Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and website performance optimization is a plusref : iimjobs.com)
