Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Solution Architect to lead and design robust Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. This role will drive architectural decisions, align solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web

Components), and integrations (REST / SOAP APIs).
