We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Solution Architect, Cloud to join our growing team in India. In this critical role, you'll work closely with our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, acting as a technical expert to design compelling cloud solutions for our customers across various industries.Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven proposals will be key to our success in the Indian market.What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with Sales & GTM : Partner directly with sales teams to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of innovative, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid) that align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Technical Proposal Development : Create detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and solution architectures for prospective and existing customers. This includes defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource estimates.
- Customer Presentations & Workshops : Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our cloud offerings.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Support : Provide technical guidance and support for PoCs and pilot projects, ensuring successful implementation and showcasing solution capabilities.
- Market & Technology Insights : Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in India to inform solution strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, deliverable, and align with our capabilities.
- Technical Due Diligence : Conduct technical due diligence to assess customer environments and identify potential risks or dependencies.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
What You'll Bring :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in a Solution Architect or similar pre-sales technical role focused on cloud technologies.
- Proven experience working with Sales and GTM teams, specifically in a customer-facing capacity for the Indian market.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and proposing solutions on leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Technical Acumen :
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, services, and deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS, Containers, Serverless).
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, data management, and application development within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed solution documents.
Sales & Business Acumen :
- Excellent understanding of the sales lifecycle and ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to pricing strategies.
