    Role Overview

    We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus exclusively on appointment setting for Signzy’s named enterprise accounts in the USA.

    The BDR will work closely with the enterprise sales team to identify key decision-makers, conduct outreach, and secure meetings with senior executives at top financial institutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Appointment Setting : Engage with assigned named accounts to schedule high-quality meetings for the USA enterprise sales team.
    • Outbound Prospecting : Reach out via cold calls, personalized emails, and to connect with key decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
    • Account Research : Understand target accounts, their business needs, and identify the right stakeholders for outreach.
    • Follow-ups & Nurturing : Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert initial interest into scheduled meetings.
    • CRM Management : Track all outreach efforts and meeting outcomes in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
    • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to optimize messaging, tailor outreach, and ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled meetings.
    • Key Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development, preferably in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or compliance solutions.
    • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Experience with cold calling, outreach, and email prospecting targeting enterprise accounts.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
    • Ability to work USA time zones as needed for outreach.
    • Highly organized, persistent, and skilled in handling enterprise-level objections.
