Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our technology solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
- Present and promote company products / services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with Inn4Smart’s offerings.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update CRM tools and sales reports regularly.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in prepaid meters).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in B2B sales, especially in the smart prepaid meter industry.Understanding of the IT industry and digital transformation trends.Benefits :
