We are seeking an accomplished and Infrastructure Head(Road Projects) with a proven track record in fundraising through private equity to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the discipline within the organization.

Qualification : BE / B. Tech / M. Tech(Civil) and NIMAR / RICS, PMP will be the added Advantages

Skills Required : Candidate have an experience in Infrastructure Large Scale of Projects Like NHAI and Ministry of Road & Transport will prefer this is non negotiable

CTC : 70 Responsible for execution of the works of subordinate sections of the project as per the contract specifications, schedules and milestones within budgeted cost.

• Local lesioning with civil administration for the grant of necessary required permissions and smooth functioning of the project work.
• Construction of Road and bridges as per the design and Morth Specifications
• Provide in puts for preparing work plan and project / methodology / yearly budget.
• Resource management ensuring effective functioning of sections.
• Logical Co-ordination of activities among various sections of the project ensuring optimum utilization of resources whilst maintaining the targeted production.
• Presenting the progress and discussing concerns, convincing and suggesting effective methods to overcome technical and management concerns to the Management and the sectional team.
• Ensure compliance of quality and safety standards.
• Responsible for achieving production norms and cost reduction measures.
• Provide inputs to quantity surveyor / contract manager for billing, variance / claims.
• Maintain regular contact with client representatives for getting timely decisions on matters related to work.
• Effective management of the performance of sub-contractors / piece workers
• Material reconciliation.
• Safety of manpower and equipment deployed at workshop and site.
