Scope of the Role
Work closely with Senior Management of the bank
Execution of Strategic priorities for Corporate Banking division catering to MSMEs to large conglomerates.
Management review of Business plan performance including strategic management & investor updates
Job Description :
- Work with the leadership team on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives
- Define solutions & strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking (business problems could be in the nature of : new market entry / new product or segment launch / ramp up of existing business / productivity improvement)
- Define strategic blueprint and key initiatives to be undertaken by bringing key insights and trade-offs to the table
- End to end Program Management of key strategic initiatives identified
- Partner with different functions within the organization – Corporate and Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, Risk, Credit, Legal, Operations, HR among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified
- Review business portfolio and present insights to senior stakeholders
Required Skills & Abilities :
3-4 years Consulting experience (Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture etc.) with prior experience in undertaking consulting projects in Banking / BFSIHighly organized individual with excellent project management skills.Abilityto drive change, work cross-functionally in a fast paced environment, prioritize work and meet deadlines.Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgmentCreative problem solving skillsAbility to work with all levels of management and to work in cross functional teams. Good inter-personal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectivesExcellent communication and presentation skills -uses Microsoft programs regularly Power PowerPoint, Excel)
