We are hiring a proactive Team Lead from India to manage payroll, client onboarding, and administrative tasks remotely. You'll supervise two team members (one based in the UK and one in India) and actively contribute hands-on.
Role Essentials :
- Native-level English : Impeccable communication (phone / email); English-medium education preferred.
- UK-Aligned Hours : Available 8 am–5 pm GMT, with occasional weekend coverage.
- Remote Experience : Proven track record thriving in fully remote roles.
- Leadership & Execution : Supervise staff, manage payroll accuracy, seamless client onboarding, and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead payroll processes ensuring full HMRC compliance.Oversee client onboarding, including software setups (QuickBooks, BrightPay, Dext, Zoho CRM, Client Engager).Maintain data integrity, billing, collections, and company secretarial duties.Provide strategic insights and monthly KPI reports.Your Profile :
5+ years' UK payroll experience, including 2+ years supervising teams.Deep knowledge of UK payroll & compliance (VAT, CIS, RTI, auto-enrolment).Highly organized, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction.Why Join Us?
