Manager – Client Servicing
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand requirements and details of each event. Understand the clients' needs and wants.
- Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly.
- Brainstorming with cross functional teams like Creative and Operations to crack the brief and take it forward.
- Look for and compare different vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.)
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms.
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.)
- Track the overall Event expenses regularly.
- Prepare the Event budget planning. Stay within the budget.
- Carefully oversee event happenings.
- Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Evaluate the event’s success and submit reports.
Job qualification :
4-8 years of experience in Event Management in the Client Servicing functionGreat interpersonal and communication skillsPortfolio of successful eventsExcellent vendor management skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s successCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsDegree in Event Management or relevant field is preferred.You check out more about CAB Experiences here :
