About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 7+ years of experience leading teams in Executive Search, Temporary Staffing, or Permanent Recruitment. Someone good at Lead Generation, Client Management and acquiring BFSI Clients. If you possess a strong consultative approach and can effectively partner with our clients, you’re the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Initiatives : Spearhead and coordinate the talent search process for active mandates.
- Candidate Engagement : Source, develop, and manage candidate relationships within specific competencies. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future roles / clients through best-practice questioning and referencing.
- Business Development : Drive lead generation, client management, and acquisition of new clients, particularly within the BFSI sector.
- Account Growth : Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring a consistent workflow for the team.
- End-to-End Coordination : Act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, from initial contact through to successful placement.
- Marketing & Outreach : Engage in social media activities and marketing campaigns to attract top talent for your business vertical.
- Performance Focus : Maintain a sharp focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both business development and sourcing / recruitment efforts.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the talent acquisition landscape, building strategic relationships with key clients.
- Proactive Sourcing : Develop robust networks to identify qualified passive candidates and build a talent pipeline in anticipation of future needs.
- Process Enhancement : Design and champion the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Team Leadership : Lead, oversee, and mentor members of the recruiting team.
- Continuous Learning : As part of a growing and ambitious organization, all leaders are expected to constantly upgrade their industry knowledge and effectively train their teams.
