Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be capable of building scalable and efficient web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance for speed, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain responsive front-end components using React.js.
  • Work with MongoDB for efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning.
  • Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Firebase Authentication.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and enhance system reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work with Git / GitHub for version control and code management.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to CI / CD pipeline implementation.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional).
  • Hands-on experience in React.js and state management libraries like Redux / Context API.
  • Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
  • Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL databases), Mongoose ORM.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or DigitalOcean is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
