Administrative Support : Manage the Nutritionist’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.Handle emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the Nutritionist.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Maintain an organized filing system for client records, business documents, and marketing materials.Client and Meeting Coordination : Schedule and confirm client appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.Prepare materials for meetings such as client presentations, reports, and agendas.Assist during consultations by taking notes and preparing documentation.Business and Marketing Support : Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).Manage social media accounts, create content, and monitor engagement.Assist with website updates, newsletters, and other promotional activities.Research industry trends and explore new marketing opportunities to grow the business.Sales and Client Management : Support the client onboarding process and maintain the client database.Handle inquiries from prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales for nutrition services, workshops, and products.General Operations Support : Assist with event planning, including workshops, seminars, and public speaking engagements.Ensure office or virtual workspace is stocked with necessary materials and supplies.Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualification criteria : Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an Administrative Support role.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools like Calendly.Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing strategies.Basic knowledge or interest in nutrition, wellness, or health-related fields is a plus.Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
