Job Title : HR & Admin Manager

Location : Indore

Company : Robro Systems

Experience Required : Min 5 Years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Reporting to : CEO

Compensation : between 6-8 LPA CTC

Immediate Joiner required

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Admin Manager to join our team. Experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People will be an added advantage , candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment using Zoho Recruit
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records on Zoho People
  • Process monthly payroll through Zoho Payroll , ensuring compliance with PF, PT, and other statutory requirements
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally

Administration :

  • Oversee daily office administration and facility management
  • Ensure availability and procurement of office supplies and services
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and security personnel
  • Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and asset allocation
  • Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Requirements

    Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Payroll, and People modules
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
