Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Admin Manager to join our team. Experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People will be an added advantage , candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment using Zoho Recruit
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records on Zoho People
- Process monthly payroll through Zoho Payroll , ensuring compliance with PF, PT, and other statutory requirements
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Administration :
Oversee daily office administration and facility managementEnsure availability and procurement of office supplies and servicesCoordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and security personnelMaintain records of attendance, leaves, and asset allocationSupport in organizing internal events, meetings, and travel arrangementsRequirements
Key Skills & Requirements :
Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Payroll, and People modulesStrong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory complianceExcellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skillsWell-organized with attention to detail and ability to multitaskBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)Benefits
