Job description
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
  • Oversee the security team and ensure proper deployment and management of security personnel.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage the administration of the facility, including vendor management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to establish effective response plans for various scenarios.
  • Lead and train the security and administrative teams to ensure adherence to standards and protocols.
  • Handle crisis management and emergency response situations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage the security and administration budget, ensuring cost-effective measures without compromising safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and facility management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, staff, and external partners to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
