SAP FICO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our clients implementation and support team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), with a proven track record of leading end to-end implementations and support projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions.
Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide functional expertise and guidance on best practices in SAP FICO processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for integrated solutions.
Manage change requests, conduct impact analysis, and deliver solutions in line with business needs.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and work with technical teams.
Lead testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Train users and create detailed documentation and SOPs.
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met with high quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).

Experience with S / 4HANA is highly preferred.

Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a small team of consultants.

Preferred Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

SAP Certification in FICO.

Experience in global SAP rollouts or working in a multicultural environment.
