Job Description :

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for generating high-quality referral leads by leveraging and nurturing relationships with Existing customers. This role focuses on turning past clients, current contacts, and satisfied customers into a steady source of referrals through strategic engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify & Engage Past Clients - Proactively reach out to previous customers to request referrals and maintain strong relationships. - Customer Satisfaction Follow-Ups — Ensure clients are happy with their transactions and encourage them to refer friends, family, and colleagues. - Database Management– Track past clients, referral leads, and follow-up interactions in CRM systems. - Referral Conversion – Work with Closing sales teams to ensure referred leads are properly followed up and converted. - Feedback Collection – Gather testimonials and success stories to strengthen referral credibility.

Qualification -

MBA Marketing with 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role.
