Job Description :

• Strong expertise in handling Solution Manager (SolMan) ChaRM-related activities
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Business Process Monitoring
• Complete ownership of Solution Manager tool administration and management
• Hands-on experience with other SolMan components such as System Administration, Monitoring, Remote Supportability, and Work Centers
• Proven experience in SAP SolMan implementation—from change management and project planning to the physical transport of changes from development to production environments
• Good understanding of End-User Monitoring setup and configuration
• Practical experience in integrating SolMan with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Capable of managing performance optimization of systems connected to the SolMan landscape
• Experience managing SAP operations including System Landscape Information, IT Task Management, GPA Template Management, and Test Management activities
• Responsible for implementing enhanced monitoring capabilities across the SAP landscape using Solution Manager
• Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing environment maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business process owners
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
