Requirements

Skills & Competencies :

Identifies documents reviews and manages all requirements for projects and maintenance and supports in change requests and contributes to solution component description

Selects the most appropriate means of representing business requirements

Responsible for complete documentation

Create new documentation if required

Update maintenance documentation

Defines the expected functional and non-functional test outcomes

Executes application support and collects classifies forwards and checks that all requests for support with regards to functional operations (incl. 2nd level support and in special cases 1st level support)

Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution and escalates unresolved incidents and facilitates recovery

Ensures all quality criteria for every requirement and evaluates according to importance and / or stability

Supports the cost / benefit analysis of technical requirements

Application on-boarding including configuration of creation correlation and build map rules

Extending reporting capabilities via custom reporting

Risk configuration and implementation consulting

Documentation review

Advanced configuration (workflow rules reports)

Qualification :

• IREB experience appreciated
• Knowledge of IREB standards
• Knowledge about processes and methods in Requirements Engineering
• Experience in dealing with the implementation of business logic
• Experience in SAS / Datawarehouse Tecnologies
• Has knowledge in all common MS-Office products Jira Confluence Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge Test Tools for Support (e.g. ALM)
