Role Summary :

We are looking for a high-performing Growth Manager / Business Head to lead and scale our baby products e-commerce vertical. This role demands a strategic and execution-focused leader who will own the P&L, drive top-line growth, improve retention, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• P&L Ownership : Manage the full business P&L, optimize spend across channels, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Growth Strategy : Build and execute the end-to-end growth roadmap across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention.
• Customer Retention : Improve repeat rates through personalization, CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and experience enhancements.
• Category Leadership : Deeply understand baby care product trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product and marketing strategy.
• Team Leadership : Collaborate with product, tech, creative, and operations teams to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Analytics & Experimentation : Use data to identify growth levers, run experiments (A / B testing, cohort analysis), and optimize user 2-5 years of experience in growth / business / category management roles in an e-commerce setup (preferably baby, parenting, or FMCG category).
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a P&L.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention funnels, and D2C growth strategies.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Ability to hustle, lead, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
