We are looking for 2 motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinators to join our Experience centre - 1 In Hyderabad,Balkampet and 2nd sales Coordinator in Okhla Phase 1.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable gas solutions (LPG Gas bank, Leakcheck,Vaporisers,LPGenius,Fuel Fusion,LPGenius Lite etc.), and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at our experience centre..
- Lead generation,backend sales and handling onsite sales as well
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Manage product Inventory as well as dealer sales
- Suggest suitable products based on customer needs (domestic / commercial).
- Generate and follow up on leads from local inquiries.
- Maintain records of sales, billing, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the backend team for delivery and installation scheduling.
- Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and customer-ready.
Requirements :
Minimum 2-5 years of retail or sales experience.Basic knowledge of LPG / PNG products preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers.Local language fluency : basic English and Hindi.Qualification :
Graduate in any stream.
