Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 2.
Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate and participate in interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 3.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges. 4.
Process Management : Manage job postings and recruitment platforms. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. 5.
Onboarding : Support new hires during onboarding and orientation to ensure seamless integration into the organization. 6.
HR Administration : Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases. Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry. Assist in preparation and distribution of HR related communications.
