Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral roles across IT and Non-IT functions.
- Source screen and shortlist candidates using job portals social media networking and internal databases.
- Ensure timely and quality-driven hiring to meet organizational needs.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress market trends and talent availability.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening :
- Identify talent through platforms like Naukri LinkedIn Monster and others.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.
- Process Management :
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and standards.
- Market Research & Talent Mapping :
- Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks and competitor hiring practices.
- Build a robust pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics :
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Track and analyze metrics such as time-to-fill quality of hire and cost-per-hire to improve processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Education :Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.Experience :Minimum 4 years of experience in lateral hiring for IT or Non-IT roles.Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions.Technical Expertise :Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).Knowledge of IT technologies (for IT recruitment) or diverse business functions (for Non-IT recruitment).Soft Skills :Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Additional Skills :Networking capabilities to source passive candidates.Data-driven mindset to track and improve recruitment processes.talent acquisition,it,recruitment,recruitment metrics,candidate sourcing,networking,organization,screening,smartrecruiters,hiring,negotiation,stakeholder management,it recruitment,talent mapping,it recruiter,recruiter,communication,recruitment process management,market research
