Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of MEAN Stack Development to lead and grow our talented team of developers. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular / React, Node.js) stack. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, team management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Strong Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and related technologies.
• Also should also be familiar with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, cloud deployment skills, particularly with EC2, S3, ECS etc.
