Job Summary : Rashmi Metaliks is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing & Branding to lead and transform our digital presence and strengthen our brand identity in the competitive metals and infrastructure industry. This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, support sales, and enhance our overall market position both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing, brand management in a heavy industry context, and a proven track record of leveraging digital channels for measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute a robust, integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with Rashmi Metaliks' business objectives, market expansion goals, and sales targets for diverse product lines (DI Pipes, TMT, etc.).
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, video marketing, and website management.
- Drive lead generation efforts through various digital campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and tracking lead quality.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Explore and integrate new digital technologies and platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness.
2. Brand Management & Positioning :
Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints for Rashmi Metaliks and its product categories.Lead initiatives to enhance brand reputation, thought leadership, and industry influence.Oversee the creation of compelling brand stories, narratives, and messaging that resonate with target B2B audiences (contractors, government bodies, engineers, distributors).Conduct regular brand health checks and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure differentiation.3. Content Strategy & Development :
Formulate a comprehensive content strategy for digital platforms, including website content, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, engaging, informative, and positions Rashmi Metaliks as an industry leader.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (engineering, sales, R&D) to develop technical and value-driven content.4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization :
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing and branding initiatives.Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, social media insights) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and ROI.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of strategies and campaigns.Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.5. Team Leadership & Development :
Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team (internal and external agencies).Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.6. Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure integrated marketing and sales efforts.Collaborate with the IT department for website functionality, security, and digital infrastructure.Engage with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners as needed.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing preferred.Experience :12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Director, or equivalent).Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, metals, heavy industry, or infrastructure sectors.Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and branding strategies that yielded measurable business results.Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets and external agencies.Skills :Deep expertise in SEO, SEM / PPC, content marketing, social media strategy (, Twitter, YouTube are key for B2B), email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and CRM systems.Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.Familiarity with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
