Job Title : Senior Data Scientist (5-10 Years)

Location : Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve business challenges.
• Lead and manage data science projects, from problem formulation to model deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and / or fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other state-of-the-art AI / ML techniques for practical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models that enhance business decision-making.
• Drive innovation in AI / ML methodologies, ensuring the application of best practices in data science.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to improve model performance.
• Contribute to the development of data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and model performance evaluation.
• Mentor junior data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
