Role : Media Buyer - On Site Location : Jaipur Minimum Experience - 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities : Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns to drive traffic and boost conversions for e-commerce clients. Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure delivery of strong ROI. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives. Stay current with latest advertising updates, tools, and trends, applying best practices proactively. Oversee ad spend, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost-effective results. Research competitor strategies and market trends to refine targeting and messaging. Present detailed performance reports and insights to internal teams and stakeholders. Continuously A / B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance. Identify growth opportunities through new campaign ideas and strategic experimentation. Partner with creative and product teams to develop compelling, high-converting ad content.

Ideal Candidate Traits : 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically for e-commerce brands. Proven track record in managing and scaling Facebook campaigns with measurable success. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities—comfortable working with performance metrics.
