Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team at Aimlay Pvt Ltd.

In this key role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships through strategic upselling and cross-selling, while also managing collection efforts efficiently.

If you have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely payments, you'll be a vital part of our mission to deliver transformative education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, identifying and presenting additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs.
  • Implement effective collection strategies, ensuring timely payments from customers and actively working to reduce outstanding dues while maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service and aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with different internal teams, such as sales, operations, and academic support, to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, communications, and transactions within the CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques, with a track record of successfully expanding customer value.
  • Strong expertise in hardcore collection practices, demonstrating the ability to recover outstanding dues while managing sensitive customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and persuasive interactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and deliver measurable results in previous roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage, showing an understanding of systems used to manage customer data and interactions
