Role and Responsibilities :

• Analyze data originated from various data sources in order to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, using statistical and data analysis techniques
• Create, design, and develop reports and dashboards using reporting and data visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or custom-built solutions
• Manage and improve internal reporting capabilities of the team and updating the leadership on the same.
• Manage the team's tickets queue, looking for long open tickets of the customers and taking a proactive approach.
• Collect and extract data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and software applications
• Generate ad hoc reports and analyses in response to specific business questions or requests
• The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of client deliverables and client ad-hoc requests, internally.
• Develop and implement automated reporting processes to streamline and improve reporting efficiency
• Generate weekly and daily KPI reports
